Our Team

At Every 1 Center, our team is made up of compassionate professionals with diverse backgrounds in recovery support, behavioral health, and treatment coordination. Many of us have personal experience with recovery, giving us a deeper understanding of the challenges individuals and families face on the path to healing.

We are Certified Recovery Peer Advocates, counselors, outreach coordinators, and program developers who have worked in a variety of clinical and community-based settings — including residential care, outpatient treatment, detox centers, and virtual care programs. This broad experience allows us to skillfully guide people through even the most complex behavioral health situations.

Our team is trained in evidence-based practices such as client-centered care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems approaches. We are committed to providing compassionate, nonjudgmental support while helping individuals and families take their first step toward lasting recovery.
